Returns & Refunds Policy
At SuperDosed, your satisfaction matters. We want you to feel confident when choosing our supplements.
Unopened products
- You may return any unopened, sealed product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
Opened products
- If you’ve tried a product and feel it didn’t work for you, we’ll offer store credit for your first return of that product. This “satisfaction guarantee” is limited to one redemption per product, per customer.
Damaged or faulty products
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace it free of charge or arrange a full refund. In most cases, we won’t require the product to be sent back.
Return postage

If you change your mind, you’ll need to cover the return postage.

If the product is faulty, damaged, or we made a mistake, we’ll cover the return or replacement shipping.
Subscriptions
- First subscription order: eligible for returns under the rules above.
- Renewal orders: once shipped, they can’t be returned unless faulty or damaged. You can cancel future shipments anytime via your account.
International orders

Currently, we ship mainly within the UK. For any international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
