Plant Sterols

Plant sterols have been extensively studied for their role in cholesterol and cardiovascular health, and are most often chosen for:

Take 2 capsules daily (2,000 mg plant sterols) with your main meal, ideally dinner.

IMPORTANT: Plant Sterols work by competing with cholesterol for absorption, so timing them with food is key. Swallow with water at the beginning of the meal, so the sterols are present in the gut while fats and cholesterol are absorbed. Do not take on an empty stomach
